My loneliness once ached for an endless embrace,
for someone to swallow my soul,
for someone to complete my whole existence.
But now I am whole (I trust that you are, too)
and our love will not be added like the pieces of a jigsaw puzzle,
but multiplied like a kaleidoscope into infinite patterns of being.
